1. Upload. One clear photo of your cat's face. Phone photos are fine. A photo where your cat is looking near the camera works best. Cats turn their heads more than dogs and the model needs to see eyes.
2. Pick a scene. After Hours, Spa Day, Heirloom, more. Each theme is art-directed to read as a single coherent image, not a stock template.
3. Your own designer takes over. Every order is assigned to a designer personally. They correct the color, perfect the alignment and the crop, and check the way your cat's face came out — cat eyes and coat patterns get particular attention. Ask for anything and they will do it.
4. You approve it. Nothing prints before that. You see the finished piece and say yes or tell us what to change. There is no limit on the changes and no time limit on them. We improve it until you are completely happy, because that is the only version worth putting on your wall.
5. Framed and posted. Printed on 200gsm uncoated fine-art paper, set in a solid oak frame with shatterproof glazing, and it arrives ready to hang. Five to seven business days door to door.
Will it actually look like my cat? Yes. We start from your exact photo and preserve coat pattern, eye color, and face shape. You see the finished portrait before you pay.
Does it work for any breed? Yes. Domestic short-hair to Maine Coon, tabbies to Bengals, hairless Sphynxes. The model handles the full range of cat coat and face types.
My cat hates the camera. What should I upload? A still photo from when your cat was relaxed, even if it's a sleeping or sitting pose. The model only needs to see the face clearly to place your cat in the scene. Your cat doesn't need to be looking directly at the camera.
